Port Elizabeth to Tsitsikamma
Morning: Drive to Tsitsikamma National Park (approx. 2 hours ).
Highlights: Jeffreys bay, the Storms River Mouth trail, explore suspension bridges, and take part in adventure activities like bungee jumping or kayaking.
Overnight: Stay near Tsitsikamma National Park.
Tsitsikamma to Wilderness
Morning: Depart for Wilderness, stopping at Storms River Village for breakfast.
Highlights: Explore the Knysna Heads, visit the Knysna Elephant Park.
Overnight: Stay in Wilderness.
Wilderness to Oudtshoorn
Morning: Drive to Oudtshoorn (approx. 1 hour).
Highlights: Visit the Cango Caves, learn about ostrich farming at an ostrich farm, and explore the Swartberg Pass.
Evening: Supper.
Overnight: Stay in Oudtshoorn.
Oudtshoorn to Cape Agulhas
Morning: Depart for Cape Agulhas (approx. 3 hours).
Highlights: Visit the Southernmost tip of Africa, see the lighthouse, and take scenic photos.
Afternoon: Today will be about resting and enjoy the view on the coastline.
Cape Town
As our adventure draws to a close, we set off for Cape Town along the stunning R44, a route that promises breathtaking views.
Delightful lunch break in the picturesque town of Hermanus, and then make a charming detour to Betty’s Bay, home to one of the three remarkable land-based African penguin colonies in South Africa.
As the sun begins to lower in the sky, we’ll roll into Cape Town, where our unforgettable journey comes to a fitting end.
